70 Minister to give Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration to Planning and Environment Act Minister
S. 70(1) amended by No. 6/2025 s. 134.
(1)
The Minister must give a copy of a Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration and any plan prepared under section 66 for the purposes of the Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration to the Minister administering sections 8A, 8B, 16G and 16I of the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
(2)
A failure to comply with subsection (1) does not affect the validity or operation of a Suburban Rail Loop planning area declaration.
