Delay and expedition

Current

(1)

Where the Court is satisfied that the delay caused by proceeding in accordance with this Order would or might entail injustice, the Court may make an order under this Order without notice to any party upon such terms as to costs or otherwise and subject to such undertaking, if any, as it thinks fit.

(2)

The Court may set aside any order made under paragraph (1) on the application of any person affected.
