13AZZA Nominated senior police officer must inform parent or guardian not to disclose certain information

This section applies if—
the person being detained under this Part has contact under section 13AZZ(2) with a parent or guardian of the person; and
contact with another parent or guardian of the person is prohibited under section 13AZZB.
The nominated senior police officer in relation to the person being detained must inform the parent or guardian with whom the person has had contact that the parent or guardian must not disclose to the other parent or guardian information of the kind referred to in section 13AZZR(1)(b)(i), (ii) or (iii).
Note
A contravention of this subsection may be an offence under section 13AZZX.
