22BRB Commencement and provision of voluntary case management plan
In developing a voluntary case management plan the Secretary must—
specify in the plan—
the day from which the plan operates; and
the period for which the plan operates; and
give a copy of the plan to—
the participant; and
any other person who gave consent under section 22BO(2) in respect of the participant.
For the purposes of this Part, the voluntary case management plan given to the participant under subsection (1)(b)—
is in force on and after the day it is given to the participant and until—
it expires; or
it is varied or revoked; or
the participant (or a person who gave consent under section 22BO(2) in respect of the participant) withdraws consent in accordance with section 22BX; and
while in force, is the voluntary case management plan that applies to the participant.
