22ED Identifying particulars
For the purposes of this Division, the particulars likely to lead to the identification of a person include, but are not limited to, the following—
the person's name, title, pseudonym or alias;
the address of any premises at which the person lives or works, or the locality in which the premises are situated;
the address of a school attended by the person or the locality in which the school is situated;
a physical description of the person;
the person's style of dress;
any employment or occupation engaged in by the person;
any profession practised, or calling pursued, by the person;
any official or honorary position held by the person;
the relationship of the person to identified relatives of the person or the association of the person with identified friends;
identified business, official or professional acquaintances of the person;
the person's recreational interests;
the person's political, philosophical or religious beliefs or interests;
any real or personal property in which the person has an interest or with which the person is associated.
