2 Commencement
(1)
Except as provided in this section, this Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2)
Sections 6(1) and (3), 13 and 15 come into operation on 1 April 1988.
(3)
Section 14 comes into operation on 1 July 1988.
(4)
Section 6(2) comes into operation on 1 January 1989.
