34G Notice of variation of licence
(1)
As soon as practicable after varying a licence under section 34C, 34D, 34E or 34F, the Regulator must give written notice of the variation to—
(a)
the licensee; and
(b)
the Chief Commissioner of Police; and
(c)
the Council in whose municipal district the licensed tobacco premises are situated.
(2)
A notice under subsection (1) must specify the date on which the variation takes effect.
