34ZZA Licence ceases to have effect in certain circumstances
A licence ceases to have effect—
(a)
in the case of a licensee who is a natural person, if the licensee—
(i)
becomes an insolvent under administration; or
(ii)
becomes a represented person within the meaning of the Guardianship and Administration Act 2019; or
(b)
in the case of a licensee that is a body corporate, if the licensee—
(i)
becomes an externally administered body corporate within the meaning of the Corporations Act; or
(ii)
is wound up; or
(iii)
is deregistered (whether under the Corporations Act or otherwise).
