35V Offence to take things seized or fail to comply with directions as to use of equipment
(1)
A person must not, except with the permission of a licensing inspector, take any document, equipment, tobacco product, vaping goods or other thing seized or retained by a licensing inspector under this Division.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not fail to comply with a direction of a licensing inspector to cease to have available for use any equipment considered by the licensing inspector to be unsatisfactory for use.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
