35ZE Variation and withdrawal of improvement notice
The Regulator, by written notice to a licensee—
(a)
may at any time vary or withdraw an improvement notice issued to the licensee; and
(b)
must withdraw the improvement notice if the Regulator is satisfied that the licensee has fully complied with it.
