36H Details of warrant to be given to occupier

If the occupier is present at premises where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector or police officer must—
S. 36H(1)(a) amended by No. 51/2024 s. 22(b).
identify themselves to the occupier; and
give to the occupier a copy of the warrant.

If the occupier is not present at premises where a search warrant is being executed, the inspector or police officer must—
S. 36H(2)(a) amended by No. 51/2024 s. 22(b).
identify themselves to a person at the premises; and
give to the person a copy of the warrant.
