52 Fees for costs of negotiating
(1)
Subject to subsection (3), the responsible person is liable to pay to the traditional owner group entity the reasonable costs of negotiating under section 50.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), reasonable costs are costs calculated as prescribed by the regulations.
(3)
Costs are not liable to be paid where the traditional owner group entity is the applicant for a determination of VCAT in relation to a negotiation activity.
