loading onto a Conduent Mixed Driver Console 430 Bus Driver Console installed on a bus one or a combination of the following—
information relating to the vehicle identification of that bus;
information relating to the route of that bus;
information from a global positioning system relevant to determining the location of that bus;
storing by that Conduent Mixed Driver Console 430 Bus Driver Console either or both of the following—
information loaded as described in paragraph (a);
information generated by that Conduent Mixed Driver Console 430 Bus Driver Console relating to the location of that bus;
copying information stored as described in paragraph (b) to a Conduent VPE430 Universal Validator installed on that bus.
