9 Obligation to produce a token that proves the existence of a ticket valid for entry to a compulsory ticket area

An authorised person (ticketing) may ask a person who is in, or has just left, a compulsory ticket area, to produce for inspection a token that proves the existence of a ticket that is or was (as the case requires) valid for that entry to the compulsory ticket area.
A person must without delay comply with a request made under subregulation (1).
- 10 penalty units.
