17 Principle of equity
The principle of equity means—
(a)
equity between persons irrespective of their—
(i)
personal attributes, including age, physical ability, ethnicity, culture, gender and financial situation; or
(ii)
location, including whether in a growth, urban, regional, rural or remote area;
(b)
equity between generations by not compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs.
