Property transferred in accordance with direction—Port of Hastings Development Authority

In force

On the relevant date—

(a)

all property and rights of the Port of Melbourne Corporation, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, vest in the Port of Hastings Development Authority in accordance with the statement;

(b)

all liabilities of the Port of Melbourne Corporation, wherever located, that are allocated under an allocation statement, become liabilities of the Port of Hastings Development Authority in accordance with the statement.
