267 Functions and powers
(1)
The Administrator has the functions and powers conferred on the Administrator under this or any other Act.
(2)
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Administrator has the function of procuring the orderly winding up of the affairs of the Public Transport Ticketing Body.
(3)
The Administrator has the power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with or incidental to the performance of the Administrator's functions.
