27A Strategy and implementation plan
This section applies to the following transport bodies—
a transport corporation;

the Chief Investigator, Transport Safety;

Safe Transport Victoria;
a prescribed transport body.

A transport body referred to in subsection (1) must develop a strategy and implementation plan.
A strategy and implementation plan must specify the processes and procedures that the transport body will put in place to enable the transport body to have regard to the transport system objectives and decision making principles in accordance with transport legislation from the date that the plan has effect.

A strategy and implementation plan must be published in the Government Gazette as soon as practicable.
A strategy and implementation plan has effect from the date specified in the plan, being a date on or after the date that the plan is published in the Government Gazette.
A transport body must engage with stakeholders in preparing a strategy and implementation plan.
A transport body must review the effectiveness of the strategy and implementation plan at regular intervals.
