65G Transitional regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations containing provisions of a savings or transitional nature consequent on the making of a Transport Restructuring Order.
A provision mentioned in subsection (1) may be retrospective in operation to the commencement of the Transport Restructuring Order.
Regulations made under this section have effect despite anything to the contrary in any Act (other than this Act or the Charter of Human Rights and Responsibilities Act 2006) or in any Transport Restructuring Order or subordinate instrument.
