In section 32B(5A) of the Fire Rescue Victoria Act 1958—

(a)

for "the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (within the meaning of the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority Act 2004)" substitute "Triple Zero Victoria";

(b)

for "the Authority" substitute "Triple Zero Victoria".
