2 Commencement
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), this Act, other than Part 11, comes into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
(2)
If a provision of this Act, other than Part 11, does not come into operation before 28 August 2024, it comes into operation on that day.
(3)
Part 11 comes into operation on 28 August 2026.
