Review of terms of reference

Current

(1)

The Operational Committee must review its terms of reference every 2 years.

(2)

If, after conducting a review, the Operational Committee proposes to make any changes to its terms of reference, the Operational Committee must give a copy of the proposed terms of reference to the Board for endorsement.

(3)

Following the Board's endorsement under subsection (2), the Board must give a copy of the endorsed terms of reference to the Minister for approval.
