60 Request for information from Triple Zero Victoria
A relevant person or organisation may make a written request to Triple Zero Victoria to provide any information—
relating to Triple Zero Victoria's functions; and
that is relevant to the performance of the functions of the relevant person or organisation.
Subject to subsection (3), Triple Zero Victoria must disclose any requested information—
within 45 days after receiving a request under subsection (1); or
within another period agreed to by Triple Zero Victoria and the relevant person or organisation.
If a request is made under subsection (1) and the information requested relates to the operations of another relevant person or organisation, Triple Zero Victoria must seek approval from the other relevant person or organisation before disclosing the information.
This section does not affect the operation of—
the Health Records Act 2001; or
the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014; or
the Victorian Data Sharing Act 2017.
In this section—
information includes—
health information; and
personal information; and
a unique identifier.
