Annual report of Triple Zero Victoria

(1)

The Chief Executive Officer must prepare an annual report and provide it to the Board for approval.

(1A)

The Chief Executive Officer must ensure the annual report includes a summary of any advice the Board has received from the Operational Committee in relation to a matter specified in section 55(2)(f) and (g).

(2)

The annual report must be tabled in Parliament in accordance with Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994.
