The Justice Secretary may issue written directions to Triple Zero Victoria in relation to any of the following matters for the purposes of carrying out the Justice Secretary's functions under this Act—
the provision of specified information by Triple Zero Victoria to the Justice Secretary;
the accounts and records Triple Zero Victoria is required to keep including in relation to—
the manner in which those records are to be kept and for how long; and
the provision of evidence to the Justice Secretary demonstrating that the accounts and records are up-to-date;
the provision of updates in respect of how the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts of Triple Zero Victoria is progressing;
the preparation of strategic plans and policies if it appears that the plans and policies are not being prepared, developed or implemented as expected;
the development of workforce management plans and policies;
the action to be taken by Triple Zero Victoria to ensure it provides a high quality, accessible and efficient service;
matters that are appropriate for publication on Triple Zero Victoria's website, including whether specified information should not be published.
Triple Zero Victoria must comply with any direction issued under subsection (1).
