83 Publication of agreed performance standards
(1)
Subject to any directions issued by the Justice Secretary specifying matters appropriate for publication, Triple Zero Victoria must publish data relating to the performance standards set under sections 79 and 81 in accordance with subsection (2).
(2)
Data referred to in subsection (1) must be published on Triple Zero Victoria's website annually or at intervals set by the Emergency Management Commissioner.
