68 Authorised investigations
An authorised investigation is an investigation under this Division for the following purposes—
(a)
to monitor compliance by a business and trustees with this Act or a corresponding law;
(b)
to investigate suspected offences under this Act or a corresponding law;
(c)
to investigate any other matter reasonably related to the administration of this Act or a corresponding law.
