The Consolidated Fund

Current

(1)

Any amount payable to, or received by, the Registrar under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

(2)

Any amount to be paid by the Registrar or the Minister under this Act is payable out of the Consolidated Fund, which is by virtue of this section, appropriated to the necessary extent.
