Veterans Act 2005

An act or decision of the Victorian Veterans Council is not invalid merely because—

of a vacancy in the membership of the Victorian Veterans Council; or

of a defect or irregularity in, or in connection with, the appointment of a member of the Victorian Veterans Council.

Anything done by or in relation to a person purporting to act as a member of the Victorian Veterans Council is not invalid merely because—

the occasion for the appointment had not arisen; or

there was a defect or irregularity in relation to the appointment; or

the appointment had ceased to have effect; or

the occasion for the person to act had not arisen or had ceased.
