Restoration of name to the register

In force

If a person whose name has been removed from the register under section 12(3)—

(a)

applies to the Board within 2 years from the date of that removal to have his or her name restored to the register; and

(b)

pays to the Board the fee fixed by the Board for that purpose within that period—

the Board may restore that person's name to the register.
