18 Use of certificate as evidence
A certificate purporting to be signed by the President or any 2 members of the Board to the effect that—
a veterinary practitioner is or is not or was or was not, at any specified date, registered; or
the veterinary practitioner's registration is or is not or was or was not, at any specified date, endorsed under section 8; or
that any disciplinary or other action is or is not or was or was not, at any specified date, being taken against that veterinary practitioner—
is evidence and, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof of the matters stated in it.
