9A Additional information regarding prosecution to be provided by DPP
The DPP is to take all reasonable steps to advise a victim of—
(a)
the date, time and location of any contested committal hearing, trial, plea hearing, sentencing hearing and appeal hearing; and
(b)
the progress of a prosecution, including the outcome of any committal mention, contested committal hearing, initial directions hearing, trial, plea hearing, sentencing hearing or appeal hearing, or guilty plea.
