18A Trust may make by-laws
The Trust may make by-laws not inconsistent with the regulations for or with respect to—
S. 18A(a) amended by No. 34/2000 s. 18.
(a)
regulating or prohibiting admission to or removal of persons from the Centre; and
(b)
the care, protection and management of the Centre; and
(c)
the preservation of good order and decency in the Centre.
