24 Land to be managed by Trust and Council of Trustees of the National Gallery
On the commencement of section 19 of the Arts Legislation (Amendment) Act 2000—
(a)
the control and management of the land shown as Parcel A on the lodged plan is vested in the Trust; and
(b)
the control and management of the land shown as Parcel B on the lodged plan is vested in the Council of Trustees of the National Gallery of Victoria constituted under the National Gallery of Victoria Act 1966.
