Short title and commencement

In force

(1)

This Act may be cited as the Victorian College of Agriculture and Horticulture Act 1982.

(2)

This Act shall come into operation on a day to be fixed by proclamation of the Governor in Council published in the Government Gazette.

(3)

This Act is divided into Parts as follows:

Part I—General

Part II—Transitional Provisions.
