1A Definitions
In this Act—
S. 1A def. of chairperson inserted by No. 15/2026 s. 47.
chairperson means the person elected under section 6(1) as chairperson of the Trust;
S. 1A def. of deputy chairperson inserted by No. 15/2026 s. 47.
deputy chairperson means the person elected under section 6(1) as deputy chairperson of the Trust;
Trust means the Trust for Nature (Victoria) established by section 2;
trustee means a person appointed under section 4.
