23 Victorian Early Childhood Worker Register
The Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority must maintain a register of early childhood workers that contains—
(a)
the Register particulars given to the Victorian Early Childhood Regulatory Authority in relation to an early childhood worker; and
(b)
the date on which any Register particulars are entered in the Register in relation to an early childhood worker.
