27 Access to Victorian Early Childhood Worker Register
The following persons are authorised to access the Victorian Early Childhood Worker Register—
(a)
the Early Childhood Regulator;
(b)
a person employed or engaged under section 15 or 16 who is authorised in writing by the Early Childhood Regulator.
