In section 17 of the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010—
(a)
for "Regulatory Authority" (where first occurring) substitute "Secretary to the Department of Education";
(b)
for "Regulatory Authority" (where secondly and thirdly occurring) substitute "Secretary".
