10 Powers of the Commission
(1)
Subject to this Act, the Commission has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its duties and functions under—
(a)
this Act;
(b)
gambling legislation;

(d)
the Racing Act 1958;
(e)
any other Act;
(f)
regulations made under any Act referred to in paragraph (a), (d) or (e).
(2)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Commission may engage consultants, contractors or agents for or in connection with the performance of its functions and duties.
