51 Saving provision concerning change of Act and Commission name
Unless the contrary intention appears—
any reference to the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation Act 2011 in any enactment, agreement or other document as far as it relates to any period after the commencement of Part 5 of the Casino and Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2021 is to be treated as a reference to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission Act 2011; and
any reference to the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation in any enactment, agreement or other document as far as it relates to any period after the commencement of Part 5 of the Casino and Gambling Legislation Amendment Act 2021 is to be treated as a reference to the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission.
