2 Commencement
(1)
Parts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, sections 46 and 47, Parts 7 and 8 and sections 83 to 85 come into operation on the day after the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2)
Section 61 is to be taken to have come into operation on 1 July 2018.
(3)
Section 55 is to be taken to have come into operation on 29 October 2018.
(4)
The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on the day after the expiry of the period of 180 days from the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
