1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe for the purposes of the Victorian Independent Remuneration Tribunal and Improving Parliamentary Standards Act 2019—
Reg. 1(a) inserted by S.R. No. 83/2019 reg. 5.
(a)
the remuneration payable to Tribunal members and Compliance Officers; and
Reg. 1(b) inserted by S.R. No. 83/2019 reg. 5.
(b)
the commercial transport allowance and international travel allowance as additional work-related parliamentary allowances; and
Reg. 1(c) inserted by S.R. No. 83/2019 reg. 5.
(c)
other criteria according to which the value of a work-related parliamentary allowance may vary in a Determination.
