4 Establishment
(1)
The Victorian Planning Authority is established.
(2)
The Authority—
(a)
is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and
(b)
has an official seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued; and
(d)
may acquire, hold and dispose of personal property; and
(e)
may take land on lease and grant sub-leases of leased land; and
(f)
may do and suffer all acts and things that a body corporate may by law do and suffer.
