104 Referral of identifying information to others
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Board may use and disclose any identifying information obtained as a result of the Board performing a function or exercising a power of the Board for the purpose of referring a matter to the following—
(a)
the Chief Commissioner of Police;
(b)
the Registrar;
(c)
the Secretary;
(d)
the State Coroner;
(e)
the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
(2)
The Board must not refer a matter under subsection (1) unless the Board reasonably believes the identifying information discloses a matter that is relevant to the functions and powers of that person or body.
