12 No obligation to continue after making first request
(1)
A person who has made a first request may decide at any time not to continue the request and assessment process.
(2)
The request and assessment process ends if a person decides not to continue the request and assessment process.
(3)
If the request and assessment process has ended under subsection (2), the person may commence a fresh request and assessment process by making a new first request.
