77 Voluntary notification by persons

A person may notify the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency of the person's belief on reasonable grounds that a registered health practitioner—

(a)

who provides health services or professional care services to a person is—

(i)

in the course of providing those services to the person, initiating a discussion or attempting to initiate a discussion with that person that is in substance about voluntary assisted dying that is not, or would not be, in accordance with this Act; or

(ii)

in substance, suggesting or attempting to suggest voluntary assisted dying to the person that is not, or would not be, in accordance with this Act; or

(b)

is offering to provide or attempting to provide access to voluntary assisted dying in a manner that is not, or would not be, in accordance with this Act.
