(1)
An Authority may, with the approval of the Minister—
(a)
apply for, obtain and hold, whether on its own behalf or jointly with any other person, any intellectual property rights; or
(b)
assign or grant licences in respect of those intellectual property rights, with or without charge; or
(c)
enter into agreements and arrangements for the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights.
