212 Availability of information

(1)
An Authority must make sure that information about the following is readily available for inspection by the public, free of charge, during business hours—
(a)
flood levels;
(b)
flood fringe areas;
(c)
building lines;
(d)
floodway areas;
(e)
designated flood‑prone areas.

Despite subsection (1), Melbourne Water Corporation may impose a charge under section 264 for any information given under subsection (1).
