24 Drilling for groundwater
Before entering under section 23(2)(b) land of a type specified in column 1 of the Table, an authorised person must obtain the consent of the person specified in column 2 of the Table in relation to that land.

As soon as possible after entering under section 23(2)(b) unoccupied Crown land, an authorised person must notify the Department Head of the entry.
